Available exclusively to existing Kahe Hands clients. The price includes travel within 15 km of Kahe Hands, portable massage equipment, linen, oils, setup, two hours of massage and pack-down.
Additional travel beyond 15 km and any applicable tolls are quoted before your appointment is confirmed.

Private Home Massage is not intended to replace visiting Kahe Hands.
It is an additional convenience for established clients whose circumstances occasionally make having us come to them particularly valuable.
Perhaps you have finished an exceptionally demanding week and don't want another journey. You may work from home and want to protect the time around your appointment. You may have completed a demanding training event and would rather recover at home. Or perhaps privacy and uninterrupted downtime are simply worth paying for.
Whatever the reason, the proposition is straightforward:
we do the travelling so that you don't have to.
Why Is Private Home Massage Only Available to Existing Clients?
Inviting a massage practitioner into your home requires trust.
So does entering a client's private residence.
That relationship is much easier when we already know one another.
By limiting Private Home Massage to established Kahe Hands clients, you already know the standard of our bodywork, our professional boundaries and how we conduct a session. We already understand something about your massage preferences, how you respond to pressure and the kind of bodywork you generally prefer.
It creates continuity rather than starting an unfamiliar relationship in a private environment.
This is therefore not a general mobile massage service and we do not routinely accept first-time clients for home appointments.
If you are new to Kahe Hands, your first appointment should take place at the studio. Once that professional relationship has been established, Private Home Massage can become an option for future sessions.
What Does R2,250 Include?
You are not simply purchasing two hours of massage.
A home appointment begins before your massage starts.
Your practitioner travels to you with the necessary portable equipment, linen, oils and treatment supplies. On arrival, we prepare the treatment area and set up the massage table professionally.
You then receive your full two-hour massage.
Afterwards, we pack the equipment away and leave you to enjoy one of the greatest advantages of receiving massage at home:
there is no journey afterwards.
You don't need to negotiate traffic, drive through an estate gate or mentally return to the outside world immediately after a long massage.
You can have a shower, make some tea, lie down, spend time with your family or simply continue resting.
That uninterrupted transition from massage into the rest of your day is an important part of what you are paying for.
Why Two Hours?
Private Home Massage is deliberately offered as a two-hour experience.
A home appointment requires travel in both directions as well as transporting equipment, setting up and packing down. Rather than mobilising the entire professional setup for a short appointment, we reserve a substantial block of practitioner time and make the visit worthwhile for both client and practitioner.
Two hours also changes what can happen during the massage.
There is considerably less pressure to move quickly from one area to another. The therapist has time to work thoroughly, adapt the treatment as your body responds and still preserve the unhurried character expected from a premium home appointment.
If you only require a short or highly focused massage, a studio appointment is usually the more appropriate choice.
What Massage Can I Have at Home?
The massage is personalised around what you need from the appointment and what can be provided professionally and safely in a portable environment.
Depending on your requirements, your practitioner can incorporate appropriate elements of Fusion Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, stretching, movement and selected massage tools.
You do not necessarily need to recreate one particular studio treatment.
Tell us what you want from the appointment and we can determine what can reasonably be brought into your home.
What Isn't Available?
Hot Stone Massage or the use of equipment like EMS or Ozone is not available for home visits.
Some other techniques, equipment or treatment combinations may also be excluded where transporting or using them in a home environment is impractical or compromises the quality or safety of the treatment.
If there is a particular massage style or tool you would like included, mention it when requesting your appointment. We will confirm what can be provided before the booking is finalised.
What Do You Need to Provide?
Very little.
We bring the professional portable massage table, linen, oils and the equipment required for the agreed massage.
What we need from you is a clean, private and reasonably quiet space with enough room for the massage table and for your therapist to move comfortably around it.
The space should be ready and accessible when the practitioner arrives.
If you live in a security estate or controlled-access complex, please arrange the necessary visitor access in advance. Similarly, please let us know about unusual parking arrangements, stairs or other access considerations, including dogs or other pets before the appointment.
A smooth arrival means your reserved time can be spent on your massage rather than resolving access problems

Travel and Pricing
Private Home Massage starts at R2,250 for two hours.
That includes travel within 15 km of Kahe Hands, together with professional setup and pack-down.
For addresses more than 15 km from the studio, additional travel is charged separately. Any applicable toll charges are also added.
You won't discover those costs after the massage.
When you request the appointment, provide your location and we will confirm the applicable price before your booking is finalised.
Booking a Private Home Massage
Because every home appointment involves location, travel and practical considerations, Private Home Massage is offered by request rather than instant booking.
When contacting us, please provide your preferred date and time, your location and anything in particular you would like addressed during the massage.
We will confirm that you are eligible for a home appointment, check practitioner availability, calculate any additional travel or toll costs and confirm that the requested massage can be provided appropriately in your home.
Once those details are agreed, your appointment can be finalised.

Who can book a Private Home Massage?
Private Home Massage is available to existing Kahe Hands clients only. It is a premium convenience service for clients with whom we already have an established professional relationship.
Can I book if I have never visited Kahe Hands before?
Not initially. Private Home Massage is reserved for established Kahe Hands clients because both client and practitioner should already know one another before a massage takes place in a private residence.
If you're new to Kahe Hands, start with a massage at our Wierdapark studio in Centurion. Once we've established that professional relationship, Private Home Massage can become an option for future appointments.
Why are home appointments two hours?
Travel, equipment transport, setup and pack-down make a home appointment substantially more involved than a studio treatment. We therefore reserve home visits for a full two-hour massage rather than short appointments.
What does the R2,250 include?
The starting price includes travel within 15 km of Kahe Hands, professional portable equipment, linen, oils, setup and pack-down, together with your full two-hour massage.
How far do you travel?
The first 15 km from Kahe Hands is included in the starting price. We can consider appointments further away, with additional travel quoted according to your location.
Are tolls included?
No. Where a route requires tolls, these are added to the quoted home-visit price.
Can I have Hot Stone Massage at home?
No. Hot Stone Massage is a studio treatment and is not available as part of Private Home Massage.
Which massage styles are available?
A home treatment can incorporate many of the techniques used within our studio massage services, provided they can be transported and performed appropriately in the available space. Tell us what you would like when requesting the appointment and we will confirm what is possible.
Do I need my own massage table, towels or linen?
No. We bring the professional massage table, linen, oils and agreed treatment equipment.
How much space do I need?
We need sufficient clear space to set up a portable massage table and allow the therapist to move safely around it. A private, comfortable and relatively quiet room is ideal.
What happens if estate security or parking delays the therapist?
Please arrange visitor access and provide relevant security, parking and access information before the appointment. Where circumstances outside either party's control cause a delay, we will handle the situation reasonably, but advance preparation helps protect the time reserved for your massage.
Can couples book?
Please enquire. Private Home Massage is structured around a two-hour individual appointment, so arrangements involving more than one client can be arranged either one client after the other or second therapist comes also. We just need to be discuss this before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Private Home Massage reserves a considerably larger block of practitioner time than a studio appointment because travel, setup and pack-down are involved. The applicable cancellation terms will be confirmed when your home appointment is arranged.
Is Private Home Massage Worth the Premium?
That depends on what convenience is worth to you.
If your priority is simply receiving excellent massage at the lowest available price, come to the studio.
Private Home Massage is for the occasion when your time, privacy and convenience are worth more.
Your practitioner travels to you. The equipment comes to you. The room is prepared for you. You receive two uninterrupted hours of massage.
And when it is finished, you don't have to go home.
