With 15 years of hands-on experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals find relief, restore balance, and achieve optimal well-being. Professional background

​I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist with training and certifications obtained in London, United Kingdom. My career has taken me across the globe, from luxury SPAs to the Celebrity Eclipse Cruise Ships, where I honed my skills in various massage modalities. â€‹

Additionally, I underwent specialized training in London to perfect my techniques and spent three rewarding years as a sports massage therapist in Glasgow, Scotland. 

​

Now back in South Africa, I bring a wealth of international expertise and passion to every session.
