If you enjoy massage then you may have experienced an occasion when the pressure being used was sore. This is a hinderance to good health. Pain naturally makes your body defend itself by closing up or tightening the tissues. When receiving even a deep sports massage never let your therapist work harder on you than a 7 out of 10. It should be an enjoyable, relieving pressure never sore. So don't be quiet rather speak up and enjoy!
