My pet peeve is bad customer service. I have a serious problem with anybody in the service industry behaving as though they are “doing you a favour”. (I know that you have experienced this.)

If I am paying for a service, I expect that from the minute I pick up the phone and make the appointment, to me paying the bill, that every interaction with that company be a pleasant experience. As the GM of Kahe Hands Wellness Studio, I demand from all of our team that you experience exactly that!

Whether it be online, meeting a face when you enter the establishment, receiving your treatment, purchasing a product or just an enquiry on the phone, that the interaction be outstanding and that the experience leaves you wanting more of Kahe Hands services.
