The summer heat is on its' way and far too often we dehydrate from over exertion and forgetting to properly hydrate our bodies. Plus sometimes water is just plain boring! So hopefully this energy boosting juice will be just the thing to kick fatigue to touch!
Add 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice to a glass of melon juice (spaanspek also known as cantelope) - as a side note a shot of rum or vodka can make for a VERY relaxing drink!
The melon has got loads of potassium which will boost your energy and the lemon is packed full of Vitamin C and Folate which offers great hydration and anti oxidant properties. Some crushed ice ensures the fruit wont spoil when you are out for the day.
